Super late to the party (and I was Googling for ideas so this came up) but another one to look at is KKthxUI -- it's a minimalist All-In-One. It's not perfect, but it's pretty darn good, and it plays nice with other Addons. Just go with ElvUI. It has everything a UI needs minus the likes of WeakAuras2.

Naowh's UI is a bit cleaner overall, and is very "noob friendly". It's easier to see what you need to see, the setup is braindead simple (he has his own installer where you can one-press buttons to load profiles for all the different addons), has options for class color set ups vs dark setups (like Atrocity's). People should try the new UI, move the bars to the old locations as you had them on the old UI. Any "original" or newer default UI from a couple expansions ago will be a full UI replacement especially if it includes old artwork, and therefore will take more resources. I missed the old UI for a while on the beta, but eventually got used to it.

I've used the other spell for the icon on the weakaura but inside the options of WA, I want to use the icon for the buff effect.So you place the LFGFRAME folder in your interface folder. ElvUi and WeakAuras are beasts but when you use them together it can make WOW so much more enjoyable. I recommend making your own ElvUi profiles if you go that route. There are a million WeakAuras out but if you want to save time google your class Luxthos. Import the 3 profiles and enjoy. My reasons were that first, default unitframes just don't have enough customization going for them. And Edit mode lacks quite a lot of features. While action bars look good and get the job most of the time, they are not as flexible as weakauras. Default glow is also awful, not sure if there is an addon to change it. Im the same, I design and implement UIs then change my mind, usually going back to the one I started with all those years ago. Here are some recent examples of WIP UIs that I never got round to tweaking or fininshing! Eternity UI. Sphinx UI. Roughneck UI. Disable ArenaFrames under.
