To clarify, if we're comparing strictly in terms of difficulty, AAMC practice tests are probably easier (they were easier than all third party tests by a mile). But if someone is looking for best practice, I always recommend AAMC material because it's critical to understand the AAMC writers' reasoning process to do well on real deal.

Both but the key is the explanations which are AMAZING. Also it gets you comfortable with seeing hard stuff and guessing which helps you stay calm on the real deal which will 100% be harder than what you’ve seen during practice at one point or another. Uworld biochem is KICKING my butt. Same bro. Listen: Biochem is known to be hard in UWORLD, harder even than the other parts of UWorld. UWORLD is beautiful. It is life. It is very dissimilar to what you might see on the AAMC, because it is extremely content based and trying to really hone that content knife to a point.

Since then, I start doing some UWorld and I think I figured out the logic behind CARS because I was getting 70%-80s% correct.
