Note also, that just means getting a drop, I don't believe it's currently even possible to get a red border version. i have gotten a red border ikelos hand cannon, idk if that means the calus mini tool can be gotten as well.

And im here...4 days into the future. The dmt exotic mission can drop the mini tool, so you could keep on running that to get all the red boarders you need. Banshee or Xur are your options atm. Other then that it might go into rotation eventually next year for Dares of Eternity if the game follows reprising weapons.
