Is the predator 6.5HP 212cc motor a good motor for a go cart? Just purchased one myself, and they are hilariously simple. I love to make the joke that it's like a little tykes "my first engine." You'll want to remove the governor and low oil cutoff, but that's simple enough, and the engines are awesome on a gokart with those simple mods.
The predator I have to get a $100 flywheel and $80 rod to disable the governor but the clone the rod is $60 and I can use a $40 aluminum flywheel from the GX160. Ratio rockers are the same story as far as cost goes.
