I'm trying to do the same quest on my Titan, but 'Step 2' cannot be completed. "Access the Relic in the Enclave and shape a weapon from the artifact you found on Savathûn's ship." When I approach the Relic, I get nothing prompting me to make a new spear. Ikora just has a blank menu for her dialogue that says something like "check back later."

So I’ve been looking for this answer for a few weeks and it’s something that I can live with but feel there has to be a simple solution. On my Titan, I completed all the Enclave relic crafting quests, and all is well on that character. The problem I have is I cannot access the relic or see the quest for either of my other two characters.

How do you activate the relic. I got a gambit memento but when I go to the relic it says it’s inactive is there a way to reactivate it or do I need the witch queen expansion? You don't need to wq expansion but you do need to finish the intro quest you got from the first mission of the wq story.
