The dash lights are, check engine, abs, battery light, brights and so on are dimming in and out. Also the code flashing for the theft is a a code 11 as well. One blink then about two seconds another blink. Watched it cycle 5 or 6 times. Last but not least I had a lock smith come out to try and reprogram all 3 keys.
